Who We Are
effincut.com is operated by EFFN CO. LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as EFFINCUT. References to "we," "our," or "the Company" refer to EFFN CO. LLC.
This policy covers effincut.com, the quiz and the other forms on it, the texts and emails we send, and EFFINCUT Mafia, our members area at effincut.com/mafia. Where it says Lou, it means Lou Parco, the founder of EFFINCUT, who receives what you send us.
02
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you take the quiz, request a call, apply, use a form or message box on this site, or write to us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and phone number, your answers, and anything you write. The quiz asks about your sleep, energy, stress, caffeine and stimulant use, meals, training, daily routine, age range and work, and about what made you take it. Your results page also asks, as an optional tap, how you would like to work with us. The sheet Lou reads before a call you book uses that tap, together with your interest score (described below), to judge how ready you may be to pay for coaching. Older records may hold an answer to a question about investment budget that we no longer ask.
Messages and calls. We keep what you send us by text, by email, through the message box on your results page, or as an Instagram or Facebook Messenger message, an Instagram comment or a public reply on Threads, together with the phone number, email address or account name it came from. If you text us a picture, Twilio holds the picture, we keep the link to it with your message, and Lou's dashboard shows it to him. Our AI tools do not see the picture. If you text, email or call us and we have no record of you, we create one. A call to our business number is forwarded to Lou, and we keep the caller's number and a note of whether he answered and, if he did, how long the call lasted.
Booking a call. You can book on a Google Calendar booking page. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address, phone number and any answers, reach us through a connection from Lou's Google Calendar. When you submit the call request form on our program or offer page, we add your name and email address to the address of the Google booking page that we send you to. If you agree a time with us by text or email, we add the call to Lou's Google Calendar and invite your email address.
Information collected automatically. When you finish the quiz we create a record for you. Besides what you entered, it holds the area your quiz ranked first and your scores; where you came from (the page that referred you, the campaign, ad and audience names carried in the link, and the ad click identifiers from Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest); a description of your browser (your user agent); a shortened hash of your IP address (not anonymous, because the same address always gives the same hash); whether and when you agreed to recurring texts; and counters of what you do afterward, such as the buttons you click on our pages and the links you click in our emails. Our site also counts how far people get through the quiz and where they leave, without their answers. The advertising and measurement tools described below collect more.
What we add to your record. From your answers we set an internal fit category. We also keep a qualification flag, with the questions behind it, based on answers such as your age range and weekly work hours. Lou's dashboard shows both, and our AI tools read the category. From the counters of what you click, whether you finished the quiz, your fit category and whether you have paid, we calculate an interest score, which Lou uses to see who to follow up with. Lou also writes private notes about leads and clients, and our system adds tags and a stage to each record, such as new, booked or paid.
Payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. EFFN CO. LLC does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on its own systems. When you pay, Stripe gives us your name, the email address and any phone number you entered, the amount, what you bought, Stripe's identifiers for the payment or subscription, and whatever else Stripe attaches to its payment record. A copy of that record is kept in our event log.
Accounts and health information. What we collect when you create an EFFINCUT Mafia account is described in the next two sections. What coaching clients tell us about their health is described under Health Information.
How we use it. We use the information described in this policy:
- To respond to inquiries, send your quiz results, and decide how to follow up with you
- To run your EFFINCUT Mafia account and show you what you have saved and logged
- To deliver coaching services and program communications to enrolled clients
- To process payments and deliver what you buy
- To send you emails and, where you have agreed, texts, as described under Text Messages and Email
- To measure and improve our site, content and advertising, as described under Advertising and Measurement
- To protect the site and our systems from abuse and to meet our legal obligations
03
EFFINCUT Mafia Accounts
EFFINCUT Mafia is our members area at effincut.com/mafia. To create an account you give us an email address and a password of at least ten characters. A name is optional. We store your password only as a salted hash, never in a form we can read. Each account has a permanent member number, and a number is never given to anyone else, even if an account is later deleted.
If the email address you use matches a record we already hold for it, such as your quiz or an inquiry, we link the account to that record. If there was no record when you signed up, we look for one by the same email address again when a message or tracker read from the account comes in. Creating an account does not first require you to confirm your email address, so the match is made on the address as typed. Where this policy says your account matches a record, it means this. If you buy a protocol or start the Workout Library with an email address that has no account, we create the account for you from the name and email address you gave Stripe, and we email you a link, good for seven days, to set a password.
We keep the date you created the account, the date you last logged in, whether you have turned off the weekly email, and whether you have proved your email address by following a link we sent. The first time you enter the members area you check a health and safety box. We keep the date, the words of the box as our server holds them (the same words the screen shows), and the IP address you were using when you checked it.
When you log in, a cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days, and we store a short description of your browser (the first 200 characters of its user-agent text) with that sign-in. Log out everywhere in The Office, your account page, ends every sign-in at once, and changing your password signs out your other devices. We record sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password resets and similar account events in our event log under your email address. To block abuse we also count failed sign-ins by email address, and sign-ups and password reset requests by IP address, for periods of up to an hour.
Lou can see your account details, your waiver record, your purchases and subscription, and your Back Room messages in his dashboard.
04
What We Store When You Use EFFINCUT Mafia
What you do inside your account is stored under your account so that it is there when you come back. That includes the workouts you save, the sessions you build, the weights and reps you log, your training goal and your answers to the workout picker, and your purchases and subscription. If you use the Weekly Tracker, it includes each day you fill in: hours slept, sleep quality and resting heart rate if you enter it, how you wound down in the evening, caffeine, alcohol, afternoon energy, meals and their quality, water, movement or training, stress level, and a short note on what caused it. We also record which Board posts (the updates Lou publishes inside EFFINCUT Mafia) you view, whether you read one to the end, and which links in our weekly email you click.
If you are a coaching client, your room also holds the food log you keep (the foods and amounts you enter, with notes on each meal and each day), your plan, and notes from Lou, who can read your log and leave notes on it. When you search for a food in it, your search words go from our servers to the USDA FoodData Central database, without your name. When you scan a barcode, your phone reads the barcode from the photo on the phone itself, and the photo is not uploaded. The number is looked up at USDA through our servers and, if USDA does not have it, at Open Food Facts directly from your phone, which gives Open Food Facts your IP address.
Every member can keep a food log in EFFINCUT Mafia. The foods, amounts, times and notes you enter are stored under your account, searches and barcode lookups work as described above, and no screen in Lou's dashboard shows the log. It reaches Lou only when you buy a Food Review and press Send this week to Lou. That send carries your last seven logged days (foods, amounts, times, totals and your notes) and the line you write with it. It is stored with your account as a request, emailed to Lou, added to your record in his inbox, and the first part of your line is texted to his phone. Lou's answer comes by email. Oura ring data never travels with it.
Some of this concerns your health and habits. We use it to run your account, to show it back to you and, if you send it to Lou or you are a coaching client, to coach you. We do not send what you log in your account (workouts, tracker days, food entries or ring data) to advertising platforms, and we do not run Meta, LinkedIn or Google advertising or analytics tags inside the members area. A protocol purchase is the exception: it is reported to Meta, as described under Advertising and Measurement. Your browser does contact Google to load fonts when the members area opens.
Lou can see, by name, which Board posts you view and read to the end and which links in the weekly email you click. His dashboard shows how many workouts you have logged, not the weights and reps. When your account matches a record, he can also open the days you log in the Weekly Tracker.
05
Messages to Lou and Tracker Reads
The Back Room is a private line to Lou for questions, ideas and requests. What you write there is stored in your account and emailed to Lou. It is also added to your record in his inbox if your account matches a record, and the first 140 characters are texted to his phone. If you send your weekly tracker numbers with a message, they go with it. Lou answers by email, and his answer is stored with your message and added to the same record.
Separately, and without a button press, opening a weekly tracker read in EFFINCUT Mafia can share a summary of it with Lou. When you open a read built from at least three days with every required answer filled in, and your account matches a record, a one-line summary of the read (your average sleep, caffeine, afternoon crashes and the ratings in your read) is added to that record. This happens at most once a day, and nothing on the screen tells you it has happened. If your account does not match a record, nothing is shared this way. Lou is texted, by name, the first time a record has a read and again when you complete a full seven days.
If you complete a full seven days, we send you one follow-up message about it, once, about an hour after the read and only between 9 AM and 8 PM Eastern (a late read waits for the next morning), by text if you have agreed to recurring texts and otherwise by email, unless Lou has taken over your conversation by hand. The older Weekly Tracker page at effincut.com/weekly-tracker keeps your days in your browser and does the same if you opened it from a link we sent you.
We notify Lou by text, by email, or both when you finish the quiz, book a call, pay, or write to us. For a new quiz record, the text carries your name, the area your quiz ranked first, your email address and your phone number if you gave one, and the email carries the whole record, including your answers, scores and the tracking identifiers described above. The other notices carry who you are and what happened, such as a preview of your message, the time of a call you booked, or what you bought and the amount.
06
Artificial Intelligence
We use Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. Anthropic receives the text we send it and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We use it in the following ways.
Workout builder. If you describe your workout in your own words, we send that text (up to 600 characters), the choices you tapped, and your answer to one follow-up question if the builder asks it. Claude turns them into settings such as focus, equipment, time and any joint you mention, which can include an injury. We do not add your name or email address to the request. Claude does not choose exercises: the session is built on your screen from our exercise library. We do not store the words you type. Our event log keeps the length of your text, a summary of the settings it produced, and any short phrases about your body that the builder had no setting for.
Replies and follow-ups. We use Claude to write replies to texts and to Instagram and Facebook messages sent to us, to draft replies to emails and to public comments, to write some of our follow-up messages, and to suggest to Lou whom to contact next. For this it reads your name, your quiz answers and results, what you tapped on your results page, and the recent messages in your conversation; for a public comment it leaves out your quiz answers. For a coaching client it also reads your coaching folder: your goal and profile, Lou's notes, your check-ins and your plan. By default, those replies to texts and to Instagram and Facebook messages are sent automatically unless Lou has switched that off or has taken over your conversation. Each of them goes through an automated review first: fixed rules and, when it is available, a check by Claude, which reads the reply, your first name, the area your quiz ranked first, a few facts from your record (such as whether a call is booked and when you last wrote to us) and your last few messages. By default, the replies to emails and to public comments are drafted for Lou, who sends them himself. Claude also checks some scheduled messages that Lou wrote himself before they go out, using the same facts, and it does not change them. The standing instructions we send to Claude for writing replies and drafts include short examples taken from past conversations, with first names only.
Preparing for calls and Lou's dashboard assistant. Before a call you book, Claude reads your quiz answers and your messages to prepare a sheet for Lou. Lou also has a dashboard assistant that answers his questions about leads, members and clients. When he asks it something, it reads the records it needs and sends them to Claude to write its answer. That can include a member's name, email address, sign-in dates, waiver status and Back Room messages; a lead's quiz answers and message history; and a client's whole folder, with profile, notes, check-ins, signed documents, food intake forms, plan and logged days. It can read but cannot send or change anything.
We do not send Oura ring data to Claude or to any other AI model.
07
Text Messages
One text from us. If you give us a mobile number on the quiz, we send you one text from EFFINCUT, written under Lou's name, even if you do not check the box for more. It is sent automatically within about ten minutes of your finishing the quiz, or the next morning if you finish overnight. It is not the recurring text messages described below. If you reply and the conversation then goes quiet for several days, we may send up to two follow-up texts.
Recurring texts. If you check the box for ongoing texts, on the quiz or on a call request form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from EFFINCUT at that number, approximately one to four messages a week: tips, follow-ups, question responses and the occasional nudge. Some of these texts repeat back something you told us in the quiz. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Other texts. If you book a call, we text you a confirmation, a reminder on the morning of the call and a heads-up about an hour before it. If Lou marks that you missed a call, we send you one text offering another time. If you agreed to recurring texts and click the booking link in one of our emails without booking, we may text you about an hour later to ask when works. If you agreed to recurring texts, we may also text you a one-time announcement about EFFINCUT Mafia. If you text our number, Lou may answer you himself, or a reply written by Claude may answer first, as described under Artificial Intelligence.
How texts are handled. We send texts and connect calls through Twilio. We keep the texts you send us and the texts we send you, with your phone number, and a notice of the texts you send us goes to Lou's phone. A call to our business number is forwarded to Lou through Twilio. We do not record calls. We do not sell your phone number for payment. A hashed form of it, which is not the number itself, is sent to Meta to match our ads, as described under Advertising and Measurement. Enrolled coaching clients may also message Lou on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms.
08
We send email through Resend and receive it through Cloudflare, which passes mail sent to hello@effincut.com and lou@effincut.com to Lou's inbox (a Gmail account). Our system also keeps the sender and subject of each message, and the text of each message that is not automated mail. If you email us and we have no record of you, we create one. Resend tells us when an email is delivered, bounces or is marked as spam, and we keep those notices. A hard bounce or a spam complaint stops further email to that address.
We send account emails such as the welcome message, password resets and purchase confirmations. If you take the quiz, we send your results; a second email about EFFINCUT Mafia a few hours later; follow-up emails over about three weeks; and then an occasional monthly message about our services. If you request a call through the form on our program or offer page, we email you a copy of the booking link. If you book a call, we also email you a reminder on the morning of the call, and if Lou marks that you missed a call, we send you one email offering another time. We also send occasional one-time announcements about EFFINCUT Mafia. The weekly email about what is new in EFFINCUT Mafia goes to members who have not turned it off and, except for people Lou has starred in his dashboard to handle himself and people who have paid for coaching, to everyone else we hold an email address for who has not unsubscribed, replied STOP to a text, or had mail to that address bounce or be marked as spam, whether the address came from the quiz, a call request, an inquiry or an email to us.
Our marketing emails carry an Unsubscribe link that works without signing in. The link in an email sent to your quiz or inquiry record stops those emails. A member turns the weekly email off with the Unsubscribe link in that email, which stops only that email, and The Office offers only the way back on. If you are both a member and on our list, you may need to use each link.
Many links in our emails go through a redirect on effincut.com that records which link you clicked and when, and adds the click to your record. The links carry a random identifier for your record, which is how we recognize your click and how the account page fills in your email address, so please do not forward our emails.
09
Advertising and Measurement
On our marketing pages (the home, quiz, results, offer, program, about, field tools and library pages, and the older Weekly Tracker page) we run the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google's tag for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4. We do not run them on EFFINCUT Mafia, on our coaching client pages, or on our intake and onboarding forms. These tools set cookies and record the pages you view and actions such as starting or finishing the quiz, clicking to book a call or to buy, applying, and opening the tracker. They also let the ad platforms show our ads to people who visited the site. The address of your results page includes the area your quiz ranked first and your internal fit category, so the platforms see both, and the same two go to Meta and to Google Analytics when you finish the quiz. The older Weekly Tracker page also reports to Meta and Google Analytics that a read was generated, with the number of days you logged.
Events from our servers. Our servers also send events to Meta and LinkedIn. To Meta we send an event when you finish the quiz, and when you reach the quiz introduction, start the quiz, click to book a call, to check out or to see Field Tools, apply, or open the tracker. These carry SHA-256 hashed versions of your email address, phone number and first and last name when we know them, a hashed internal identifier, Meta's browser identifiers, and your IP address and browser details, which are not hashed. We also tell Meta, with the same hashed details but without your IP address, when you reply to us for the first time by text, email or the message box on your results page, when you book a call, and when you pay for a protocol, the program or any coaching service. The quiz event also carries the area your quiz ranked first, an internal fit category, and the source and campaign you came from. The reply event carries the channel you used and the area your quiz ranked first, the booking event carries the title and time of the call, and a payment event carries what you bought and the amount. To LinkedIn, when you finish the quiz, we send a hashed email address and, if you came from a LinkedIn ad, LinkedIn's click identifier.
Click identifiers. We save the ad click identifiers from the link you arrived by (Meta's fbclid, Google's gclid and gad_source, LinkedIn's li_fat_id, X's twclid and Pinterest's epik) and the campaign tags in your browser and on your quiz record. Google's own tag, which runs on our marketing pages, uses Google's gclid in the link you arrived by to connect your visit to the Google ad you clicked. From our servers we send on only Meta's click identifier (as its _fbc value) and LinkedIn's li_fat_id. We keep Google's gclid and gad_source, X's twclid and Pinterest's epik on your record and do not send them on from our servers.
Your choices. We do not offer our own way to opt out of these tags, and this site does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can control ad personalization in your Meta, LinkedIn and Google ad settings, including Google's at adssettings.google.com, and block cookies in your browser.
10
Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information for payment. We use these providers to run the site and the business, and each has its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts the site and our databases and receives email sent to our addresses. Resend sends our email. Twilio sends texts and connects calls. Stripe processes payments. Anthropic provides the AI model described under Artificial Intelligence. Google provides analytics, ads, the booking page for calls, the fonts our pages load, and the mailbox where Lou reads the mail sent to us. Meta and LinkedIn provide ad measurement, and Meta also carries the Instagram and Facebook Messenger messages you send us and the comments and Threads replies you post on our accounts. The USDA FoodData Central database, Open Food Facts and Oura are used only for the features described in this policy.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With the providers above, to run the site and our business
- With Meta and LinkedIn, in the form described under Advertising and Measurement
- With the public, where we publish a client's story on our site or in our emails: a first name (sometimes with a last initial), a photo, their own words or Lou's account of their story, and details such as their before and after weight Clients whose stories appear on the site agreed to that.
- If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EFFN CO. LLC or others
11
Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe, including the Workout Library subscription of $5 per month, which renews every month until it is cancelled. We receive your name, the email address and any phone number you entered, the amount, what you bought, the identifiers Stripe gives the purchase and subscription, and whatever else Stripe attaches to its payment record. We do not receive your card number. We keep a purchase record on your account: the product, the amount, the date, and Stripe's session and subscription identifiers. Stripe also sends us records of payment and subscription events, and a copy is kept in our event log.
You can cancel the subscription, change the card or read invoices from The Office, which opens Stripe's billing portal. If the subscription ends or Stripe reports it unpaid, your access to the Workout Library ends and we email you. What you saved stays in your account.
Links to Stripe checkout from inside your account carry your email address and your account ID, so that the purchase lands in your account. The Workout Library subscription is not reported to advertising platforms. Protocol and coaching purchases are, as described under Advertising and Measurement. Stripe keeps its own records under its own privacy policy.
12
Oura Ring Data
Members of EFFINCUT Mafia, our members area at effincut.com/mafia, can connect an Oura ring. Nothing comes from your ring unless you connect it, and Oura's own screen lets you choose which kinds of data to share.
What we receive. Daily activity (calories burned, steps, activity levels), sleep (time asleep, sleep stages, bedtimes, heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate), readiness and body temperature change, stress, blood oxygen (SpO2), workouts (type, time, calories, distance, heart rate), and heart rate.
How we use it. To show your numbers to you in your account. Some of what we receive is not on screen yet. At present, no screen in our dashboard shows your ring numbers to anyone but you. We use it for nothing else.
What we never do. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or marketing, or send it to any AI model. We share it only with Cloudflare, which hosts it for us, and where the law requires it.
Where it is kept. In a database hosted by Cloudflare, tied to your EFFINCUT Mafia account, until you disconnect your ring or ask us to delete it. If the connection drops, or you remove EFFINCUT's access inside Oura, syncing stops but what we already pulled stays until you disconnect here or email us. The access tokens that connect your ring are stored encrypted.
How it is deleted. Disconnect your ring in The Office (your account page) and we immediately delete everything we pulled from it and end our access at Oura. You can also email hello@effincut.com and we will delete it within 72 hours. Oura keeps its own copy under Oura's privacy policy. This section controls over sections 14 and 15 for ring data: the retention periods, the 30-day response time and the retention exception in those sections do not apply to it.
13
Health Information
Some of what you tell us concerns your health. The quiz asks about your sleep, energy, stress, caffeine and stimulant use, and training. In EFFINCUT Mafia, the Weekly Tracker and the workout builder take in sleep, caffeine, alcohol, stress and any injury you mention. If you buy a Food Review, the send asks for your goal, weight, health conditions, medications and allergies, and a phone number if you want to give one. Lou reads it to answer you. If you turn on "Let Lou see your log" in the Food Log, Lou can read your food log from his side until you turn it off. Coaching clients also complete intake forms and sign agreements that ask about injuries, physical limitations and health conditions, medications and supplements, heart conditions, chest pain, dizziness, bone and joint conditions, pregnancy, and food allergies and intolerances, and they log food and training in their room and client app.
We use this information to coach you and to keep a record of what you told us. Intake forms and signed agreements are kept in your client record, and full copies are also kept in our event log (see Data Retention). Signing records your typed signature, the time and your IP address. Lou can read these records, and his dashboard assistant sends what it reads about you to Claude when he asks it a question about you (see Artificial Intelligence).
Intake forms, signed documents, your logs and your ring data are not sent to advertising platforms, and the pages that collect them carry no advertising tags. Besides the name of the area your quiz ranked first (structure, nutrition, recovery, stimulation or stress), these also reach the ad platforms, as described under Advertising and Measurement: an internal fit category, the source and campaign you came from, the channel of your first reply, the title and time of a call you book, and the name and amount of what you buy, such as a nutrition coaching service. Your quiz answers themselves are not sent.
14
Data Retention
We do not set a time limit on the records we keep about you, and nothing deletes them automatically, apart from the short-lived working records listed below. We keep them until we remove them, which we do when you ask, as described under Your Rights.
Quiz and inquiry records, message threads and the notes attached to them stay on our systems until we delete them. EFFINCUT Mafia accounts, and what is stored under them, stay until the account is deleted at your request. Short-lived working records expire on their own: sign-in sessions after 30 days, the message previews and message cards in Lou's dashboard after 30 days, draft replies waiting for Lou after 7 days, call times we offered you after 48 hours, password reset links after one hour, the link to set a first password after a purchase after seven days, a few small markers (such as the date of the last text we sent you, after 120 days, and a note that we reported your first reply to Meta, after 400 days), and the counters we use to block abuse within hours or days.
We also keep a log of what happens on our systems. It holds the forms and messages you send us, the texts, emails and messages we send you, signed documents and intake answers, records of payments and email delivery from Stripe and Resend, and account events such as sign-ins and purchases. Each entry keeps the full record as it was received or sent, up to 60,000 characters, with no automatic deletion and no redaction. We keep the log until we delete entries from it by hand.
Enrolled client records are kept for at least three years. Oura ring data is kept and deleted as described under Oura Ring Data.
15
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting hello@effincut.com, from the email address on your record or account so that we can match it. We will respond within 30 days.
There is no button to delete your account or the records we keep about you. Subscribers can remove workouts they saved and sessions they built, clients can remove foods from their log, and Disconnect deletes ring data. When you ask, we delete by hand, within 30 days: your quiz or inquiry record and message history, your EFFINCUT Mafia account and what is stored under it, and your entries in our event log. Oura ring data is deleted as described under Oura Ring Data: at once when you disconnect your ring in The Office, or within 72 hours of your email. Records held by Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Anthropic and Oura stay with them under their own policies.
Note that certain information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business necessity.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text to end our texts to that number
- Email: use the Unsubscribe link in an email, as described under Email
- Sign-ins: use Log out everywhere in The Office to end every sign-in at once
- Subscription: cancel the Workout Library from The Office
- Ring: use Disconnect in The Office to delete what we pulled from your ring

Cookies and Local Storage
EFFINCUT Mafia sets one cookie, effincut_member, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is used for nothing else and not for advertising. Your browser also keeps a few small settings for the members area: which rooms you have seen, the day your browser last opened the sign-in page so that a visit is counted once a day, whether you hid the install prompt, and, if you used the older Weekly Tracker page, the days you logged there, which are copied into your account the first time you open the tracker in EFFINCUT Mafia.
On our marketing pages, Meta, LinkedIn and Google set cookies as described under Advertising and Measurement. Our own script saves the ad click and campaign tags from the link you arrived by in your browser's storage, and in a cookie named _fbc for 90 days when you arrive from a Meta ad, so that we can credit the right ad when you finish the quiz. Your quiz answers and contact details are held in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that your results page can load. Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
Our coaching client pages, such as the client tracker, one of our intake forms and the plan pages we build for individual clients, keep what you enter there, such as your entries, check marks and notes, in your browser's local storage so that it is still there when you come back. The client tracker also saves your entries to our server when you open it from your personal link.
There is no cookie banner on this site. By using this site you consent to the use of cookies consistent with this policy. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality, and signing in needs the member cookie.
17
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email hello@effincut.com and we will delete it.
