By accessing effincut.com, creating an EFFINCUT Mafia account, submitting an application, purchasing a service, or engaging in any coaching relationship with EFFN CO. LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this site or engage with our services.

EFFN CO. LLC offers performance coaching services under the EFFINCUT methodology, along with digital products and a members area. Services include but are not limited to:

• The Executive Athlete Program: 12-week custom 1-on-1 performance coaching
• Monthly retainer coaching for clients who have completed the Executive Athlete Program
• Shorter coaching blocks, such as the Two-Week Reset and two-week nutrition trials
• Month-to-month coaching: nutrition, or training and nutrition together, with a check-in every week or every two weeks, by scheduled call or written review as agreed with you
• A one-time Custom Nutrition Plan
• Custom training plans, nutrition protocols, and recovery systems delivered as part of the above
• Field Tools: standalone digital protocols and reference materials available for direct purchase and self-administered use
• EFFINCUT Mafia: the members area at effincut.com/mafia, including the Workout Library, a monthly subscription

Prices, billing, refunds, and cancellation for coaching are set out in the written agreement you sign when you enroll, and where that agreement is silent, the default in Section 04 applies. If that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement controls.

All services are delivered remotely. Scheduling, communication, and program delivery occur via agreed-upon digital channels.

We do not record calls.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an EFFINCUT Mafia account or to purchase or participate in any service offered by EFFN CO. LLC.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in an exercise and nutrition program and have consulted with or agree to consult with a licensed physician before beginning. EFFN CO. LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its sole discretion.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize EFFN CO. LLC to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method.

The price, billing schedule, refund terms, and cancellation terms for each coaching option are set out in the written agreement you sign when you enroll, and where that agreement is silent, the default in this section applies. If that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement controls. In summary:

Executive Athlete Program. You may request a full refund in writing, sent to hello@effincut.com, within the first 14 days of the program start date. After that period, fees are non-refundable, except as provided under The Athlete's Promise in Section 05.

Monthly retainer. The retainer is offered to clients after the Executive Athlete Program, under a separate addendum. The addendum sets a minimum of two consecutive months, and the retainer then continues month to month. After the minimum, you may cancel with at least 30 days' written notice to hello@effincut.com, and the billing cycle in which we receive your notice is not refunded. If you cancel before the minimum is complete, the rest of the minimum is charged.

Two-Week Reset. If you cancel in writing before your plan is delivered, you receive a full refund. Once the plan has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Nothing renews automatically after the two weeks. If you choose to continue, the continuation is billed monthly and starts only when you separately agree to it. You may cancel it by written notice, by text or email, before your next billing date, and the month already in progress is not refunded.

Month-to-month coaching. This applies to the Weekly Coaching, Monthly Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching agreements. You may cancel at any time, with no minimum commitment and no notice period. Cancellation stops future billing. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and you keep access to coaching through the end of that month.

Two-week nutrition trial. A trial lasts fourteen days and ends on its own, with nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. A free trial costs nothing. A paid trial is a single payment of $97, which is not refunded once the trial has begun. If you continue into monthly nutrition coaching within 30 days after the trial ends, the $97 is credited toward your first month.

Custom Nutrition Plan ($197). This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. The form you sign for it does not set refund terms of its own, so the default at the end of this section applies.

Workout Library ($5 per month). The Workout Library is a subscription that renews every month until you cancel, and Stripe handles the billing. You can cancel at any time in The Office, the account page inside EFFINCUT Mafia, which opens Stripe's billing portal. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and then the Library closes. Access also ends if Stripe reports the subscription as canceled or unpaid. If a renewal payment fails, your access continues until Stripe reports one of those. Cancellation does not remove protocols you bought separately or the free items in your account. If you cannot cancel in The Office, tell us through the Back Room, the message form inside EFFINCUT Mafia, or at hello@effincut.com.

Field Tools (digital downloads, $27 to $147). Non-refundable. Field Tools are standalone digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted at the moment of sale, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued. The Athlete's Promise guarantee outlined in Section 05 does not apply to Field Tools.

EFFN CO. LLC stands behind the Executive Athlete Program with the following service guarantee:

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• All 12 weekly check-in calls completed or rescheduled within the program window
• Training plan followed at 80% adherence or greater across the 12 weeks
• Nutrition guidelines followed with reasonable consistency as assessed by the coach
• A performance benchmark, defining system stabilization and movement of the first bottleneck, agreed upon and documented on day one of the program
• All program fees paid in full

The full conditions are set out in the Coaching Agreement you sign, and if it differs from this page, the signed agreement controls.

Continuation coaching under this guarantee will be delivered at the same frequency and access level as the original program until the benchmark is reached.

Scope of guarantee. The Athlete's Promise applies exclusively to the Executive Athlete Program. It does not extend to the Monthly Retainer, the Two-Week Reset, month-to-month coaching, Field Tools, the Workout Library, or any other product offered by EFFN CO. LLC.

Field Tools and self-administered materials. Field Tools are standalone digital products designed to be used independently by the purchaser without coaching oversight. EFFN CO. LLC provides the underlying frameworks and protocols as reference material; it does not supervise, monitor, or guarantee any outcome from independent application of these materials. Results vary based on individual circumstances, adherence, prior conditioning, and health status. By purchasing and using Field Tools, you accept that any outcome, lack of outcome, or consequence resulting from self-administered use is solely your responsibility. EFFN CO. LLC disclaims liability for results, injury, or other consequences arising from independent use of Field Tools to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to engage with EFFN CO. LLC and its coaching services in good faith. This includes honest reporting of progress, adherence, and relevant health information that may affect program design.

EFFN CO. LLC reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship without refund if a client is abusive, dishonest in material program reporting, or engages in conduct that makes continued coaching untenable.

The services, content, and communications provided by EFFN CO. LLC do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is for informational and coaching purposes only.

You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle modification program. By enrolling, you confirm you have done so or accept full responsibility for choosing not to.

EFFN CO. LLC and its coach are not licensed medical or mental-health providers and not registered dietitians. Coaching, protocols, workouts and reviews are general fitness and nutrition information, not medical or dietary treatment.

Results described on this site and in program materials reflect individual participant outcomes and are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on compliance, starting point, health status, consistency, and factors outside the control of EFFN CO. LLC.

Testimonials and case studies represent real outcomes from specific individuals under specific conditions. They are not a promise of what any other individual will achieve.

All content on effincut.com and all materials delivered as part of any EFFN CO. LLC program, including but not limited to text, frameworks, methodologies, protocols, program names, and brand assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of EFFN CO. LLC.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share program materials without written permission
• You may not present EFFINCUT methodologies as your own in any coaching, consulting, or commercial context
• Personal use of delivered materials within your own program is permitted and encouraged

Violations of these terms may result in immediate program termination and legal action.

EFFN CO. LLC's total liability to any client or site user is limited to the total amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

EFFN CO. LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any program, use of this site, or reliance on any content or coaching communication.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Client-initiated termination does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid except as outlined in Section 04 or in the agreement you signed.

EFFN CO. LLC reserves the right to terminate any coaching relationship without prior notice in the event of:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at the coach
• Material misrepresentation of health status or program adherence
• Violation of intellectual property terms outlined in Section 09
• Non-payment of agreed fees

Member accounts. EFFN CO. LLC may suspend or close an EFFINCUT Mafia account for the reasons described in Section 13 or for any other violation of these Terms. You may ask us to close your account by emailing hello@effincut.com. Once an account is closed, it can no longer sign in. If you have a Workout Library subscription, cancel it as described in Section 04 before you close your account. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as stated in Section 04.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided by EFFN CO. LLC will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

EFFINCUT Mafia is the members area at effincut.com/mafia. Creating an account or using it means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you buy a protocol or start the Workout Library with an email address that has no account, EFFN CO. LLC creates an account for you and emails you a link to set a password, which stays valid for seven days. If the email does not arrive, write to hello@effincut.com.

An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

Some items are free with an account, such as The Morning Stabilization Protocol and one built workout. Other protocols and the Workout Library are paid, as described in Section 04. Free access is a courtesy, and EFFN CO. LLC may change or end it at any time.

If you are an active coaching client, your account also opens Your Room, where you keep a food log that Lou can read and leave notes on.

The Food Log and the Food Review. Every member can keep a food log in EFFINCUT Mafia. It is private to your account; nobody at EFFN CO. LLC reads it unless you send it. A Food Review is a one-time purchase of one credit. One credit lets you send one week of your food log to Lou from inside the log, and Lou answers by email. A credit is used when you send a week; it is not refundable after that. If Lou declines a week, the credit returns to your account. A review is coaching feedback on what you logged. It is not medical or dietary advice, and Section 07 applies to it.

The content in EFFINCUT Mafia, including workouts, exercise figures, protocols, and posts, is licensed to you for your own personal use and is covered by Section 09. You may not copy, resell, or share it without written permission.

EFFN CO. LLC may suspend or close an account that is shared, abusive, used to copy or resell our material, or used to harm others. To close your own account, see Section 11.

The first time you enter the members area, you are asked to check one box, which this page calls the Safety Box, before you go in. The words beside the box are:

EFFN CO. LLC keeps a record of the date you checked the box, the words you saw, and the internet address you were using. If the words change later, your record keeps the words you saw.

Workouts, protocols, and tools in EFFINCUT Mafia are general fitness information, not medical advice. Section 07 applies to all of them.

The workout builder lets you describe what you want in your own words. The short box on the front of the Workout Library takes up to 400 characters, and the box in the longer, step-by-step builder takes up to 600. What you type is sent to an AI model from Anthropic, which reads it into the builder's settings, such as focus, equipment, time, and any injury or sore spot you mention. The AI model does not choose your exercises: your session is built from our exercise library. If the AI model is unavailable, the builder works from the choices you tapped instead. The builder does not diagnose, and it does not replace the advice of your health professional. If what you type describes something that should be looked at first, such as chest pain or a recent surgery, the builder is set up to decline to build a session. It can miss things, so use your own judgment and stop if something is wrong. How we use AI is described under Artificial Intelligence in our Privacy Policy.

The Back Room is a direct line to Lou, inside EFFINCUT Mafia, for questions, ideas, and requests. What you send there is not shown to other members. It is stored in your account and emailed to Lou, the first 140 characters are texted to his phone, and if your account matches a record we already hold for you, it is also added to that record. It can also be read by the AI tools that help us write replies and follow-ups, and by the assistant Lou uses in his dashboard, as described under Artificial Intelligence in our Privacy Policy. When Lou answers, the answer appears under Yours in the Back Room, and it is normally emailed to you as well. EFFN CO. LLC does not promise a reply to every message or to build every request. Do not use the Back Room for a medical emergency. If you need urgent medical help, call your local emergency number.

Opening a weekly tracker read in EFFINCUT Mafia can also share a summary of it with Lou without you pressing send. When a read covers at least three days with every required answer filled in, and your account matches a record we hold for you, a one-line summary of the read is added to that record, once a day at most. A read that covers a full seven days can also bring you a follow-up message from us. This is described under Messages to Lou and Tracker Reads in our Privacy Policy.

If you text our number or message us on Instagram or Facebook, Lou may answer you himself, or a reply written by an AI model may answer first.

You allow EFFN CO. LLC to use the ideas and feedback you send us to improve EFFINCUT, without payment or credit to you.

Connecting an Oura ring to EFFINCUT Mafia is optional and free. It is not part of the Workout Library or any paid plan. The numbers from your ring are shown for your information and are not medical advice. Oura's own terms apply to your Oura account and to the data Oura holds. You can disconnect your ring at any time in The Office. How we handle ring data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The connection depends on Oura's service. EFFN CO. LLC may limit, pause, or end it at any time.

If you enter a mobile number on our quiz, EFFN CO. LLC sends one text message to that number each time you submit the quiz. Entering your number does not sign you up for the recurring text messages described below. If you reply, we may reply to you, and if the conversation then goes quiet for several days we may send up to two follow-up texts. If you book a call with us, we may text you about that call, such as a confirmation and reminders.

If you check the box for ongoing texts on the quiz or on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from EFFINCUT at the number you gave, such as tips, follow-ups, question responses, and the occasional nudge, approximately 1 to 4 messages per week, and up to one a day for accountability during the Effin Week, the 7-day challenge, if you start one. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

If you take the quiz, EFFN CO. LLC emails your results to the address you give and may send follow-up emails after that. Our marketing emails include an Unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

EFFN CO. LLC also sends a weekly email about what is new in EFFINCUT Mafia. It goes to members and, except for coaching clients and people Lou is talking with by hand, to everyone whose email address we hold who has not unsubscribed. Each of these emails carries an Unsubscribe link that works without signing in.

How we handle your phone number and email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

EFFN CO. LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using EFFINCUT Mafia or our services after an update, you accept the updated Terms. An update to this page does not change an agreement you have signed.
